The Tottenham water tower was painted by artists Scott Nagy & Krimsone completed in June 2023


Scott Nagy and Krimsone's transformation of the water tower into a piece of the town's history is truly remarkable. They have skillfully incorporated various elements that represent Tottenham's past and present. The railway line, which was crucial in transporting copper from the town, is depicted, capturing the significance of this industry in the area's development.


The local hotel, known as the most iconic building in Tottenham, is also featured in the artwork. Its historical importance is acknowledged, further connecting the mural to the town's heritage. Additionally, the mural pays homage to the local indigenous people through the representation of a goanna, symbolizing their presence and contribution to the community.


The mural proudly points to the Centre of New South Wales, signifying Tottenham's central location and its importance within the region. Surrounding the central imagery are native flora, including white paper daisies, wattle, and local bottlebrushes, showcasing the natural beauty of the area.


Notably, the mural celebrates the annual nesting of the Superb Parrot and Major Mitchell's Cockatoo in Tottenham. These bird species are drawn to the town, highlighting its significance as a habitat for wildlife.
