Once again collaborating with Street Art Murals Australia (SAMA) and Sydney Water, the talented artistic duo of Scot Nagy and Janne Birkner, joined forces with Silver Lines and Clydes Art to bring their creative vision to life on yet another water tower, this time at Lapstone, nestled in the scenic Blue Mountains.

Their teamwork resulted in an incredible artistic transformation that has captured the imagination of locals and visitors alike.

Despite the intense challenges posed by the 38-degree heat in January 2016, the artists worked tirelessly under the sweltering sun to complete their masterpiece. Their hard work paid off when they successfully transformed the surface of the water tank into a captivating scene. The artwork features a lazy frog basking in the warm sunlight, leisurely sunbathing on the back of a large bird.

The playful composition, with its vibrant colors and whimsical subject matter, stands out as a charming tribute to the natural beauty of the region.

This mural not only adds a unique touch to the water tower but also serves as a reflection of the artists' dedication and creativity, having overcome the extreme heat to create a lasting visual legacy in the heart of the Blue Mountains.

The combination of natural themes and the artists' distinctive styles has made this mural a notable landmark in the area, drawing attention from both art enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.
