The Ivanhoe painted water tower project was completed in early 2026 and is already capturing the imagination of local residents and visitors to the region.

The artists, Krimsone and Alex Grilanc, worked hard over several weeks to successfully create the stand-out project. The end result is bold, colourful and slightly quirky, highlighting Ivanhoe on the tourism stage as a landmark that is unmistakable and memorable.

The design brings together the full story of Ivanhoe: its community spirit, its pastoral history, its Indigenous connections, and its unique flora and fauna. Every element was carefully chosen to reflect the identity of the town and the land it sits on.
