CREATURE CREATURE is a Melbourne-based artist duo comprised of Chanel Tang and Ambrose Rehorek. Together, they’ve built a dynamic collaborative practice that spans exhibitions, large-scale murals, street art, design, and illustration.
Their distinctive style merges Asian aesthetics and symbolism with a contemporary Western perspective, creating visually compelling works that balance contrast, movement, and meaning.
At the 2025 Benalla Street Art Festival—curated by Eddie Zammit—Creature Creature unveiled a striking new mural that showcases their signature style.
Titled Ultraviolet, the artwork spans a tower at the rear of the Benalla Bakery. It features animals capable of seeing ultraviolet light—creatures whose unique visual perception reveals a world invisible to the human eye. From hidden patterns on a rose to colours beyond our spectrum, their senses unlock a different dimension of reality. This mural reflects our appreciation for the natural world and the diverse ways living beings experience it.
