Barden Ridge Water Tank Art

There are actually five painted water tanks at this location: three small tanks and one larger tank at the GPS points above and one lower down at playing field number five. They were all painted by Scott Nagy and Krimsone in January 2023.

Situated in the Ridge Sporting Complex, this location serves as the premier multi-sport facility in the Sutherland Shire. It caters to a wide range of sports including cricket, football, model aircraft, oztag, rugby union school sport, and general recreation, accommodating participants from the local level to regional and state competitions.

The complex comprises eight rectangle fields for winter sports and three cricket fields for the summer season. The tanks showcase the diverse Australian native flora and fauna, adding a unique touch to the landscape. Photos by Gayle Clarke-Wood
