Arthur's Seat is a mountainous small locality on the Mornington Peninsula 85 km south east of Melbourne. This mural is located in Arthur's Seat State Park on Arthur's Seat Road near Bellingham Road, Main Ridge. Arthurs Seat State Park is part of an Aboriginal cultural landscape in the traditional Country of the Bunurong Peoples.
The mural depicts the life in Arthur's Seat and is a tribute to the local firefighters in the area.
It was painted by artist Michael Leeworthy with help from students at Red Hill Consolidated School in July 2019.
